Join Practice Meetings:
Your Jikiden Reiki certification allows you to join our weekly practice and monthly review with Reiju. This is where you get to experience true apprenticeship-type learning with your teacher.
All students (even those who have been practicing Reiki for many years) are encouraged to attend. Practice meeting are open to all Jikiden Reiki practitioners who completed Shoden and/or Okuden or teacher training with any instructor (not just at San Diego Reiki).

Shoden (Level 1) Reiki Class With Peter Price
Learn Shoden (Reiki level 1) with Peter Price, a certified Jikiden Reiki Shihan-Kaku (Shoden teacher)! In just one weekend you will learn all the most important Reiki techniques and will be able to give effective hands-on Reiki to yourself and others!
Having a background in aerospace engineering has certainly made Peter a skeptic when he was first learning Reiki. However, after a few years of Reiki practice, the effectiveness of Reiki became so undeniable to Peter, that he decided to share this amazing mind-body healing art with others.
In April 2024 Peter became a first-level teacher at the Jikiden Reiki Institute in Kyoto, Japan. Here is Peter's Reiki lineage:

Complete the first step of Reiki training by learning Shoden with Laurie Chambers, RN a certified Jikiden Reiki Shihan-Kaku (Shoden teacher).
In just two days you will learn the essentials of Reiki and will be able to give hands-on Reiki to yourself and others!
Laurie is a labor and delivery nurse and has remarkable Reiki experiences. She has been studying Reiki for many years and has learned Reiki in different styles before settling on Jikiden Reiki as the most authentic Reiki style and leaning it from the best masters in the world.
